This course taught by a Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region public health inspector is the requisite course to be able to process and sell food as a "Home Food Processor" under The Food Safety Regulations. The course will causes of foodborne illness, food handler hygiene, microbes, food safety plans, food storage, food preparation, serving food, and sanitation.Attendees will receive the FoodSafe Level 1 Book and must pass a written exam at the end to get their certificate.
